I am almost certain these pots will make it to you in one piece, but if they do not then please contact me to work things out. I am not responsible for packages lost, Stolen , or severely damaged by the carrier. *Level one damage - mushroom/crystal came off ( fixable) partial refund * Level 2 damage - pot is just completely in pieces ( due to my packaging ) full refund * Level 3 damage - box is completely smashed ( due to carrier ) and pot is destroyed. Filing claim through carrier ( it’s never happened but ya know . It could 😂)
